"I could just say ditto to all the other great reviews. But that would not "cut" it for saying how I really have no qualms about leaving our sweet poodle Nicholas there. Susan definitely is working in the place God wants her to be, as she shows genuine concern for both Nicholas, me (his sister), and my mom who is unable to bring Nicholas in any more due to poor health. Susan always asks about the whole family. She listens to find out exactly what we want for Nicholas. We always tell him how handsome he looks and smells when I bring home. My husband jokingly calls him Francois and Nicholas loves it-he knows he looks good!"
"My rescue dog Lexie was anxious and shy, and she must have had a really bad experience getting her nails trimmed and being groomed. The first time in the door she was shaking and trembling and I almost didn't want to leave her. Susan was so reassuring and asked what made her feel better (answer: treats, petting) and she fed her treats and petted her and talked to her for several minutes before she took her back. Now Lexie sprints right in to see Susan and the staff, tail wagging with her paws up on the short counter. And I have a second dog and both of them feel the same way -- it's a treat for them.
